Manuscript preparation

  • Submit in Microsoft Word format, using Times New Roman, 12-point font, and double-spaced text.
  • Submit two separate files: an anonymous manuscript and an author title page (see below).
  • Include a complete reference list.

Formatting and referencing style

The journal follows APA Style (7th edition) for in-text citations and the reference list. Include DOIs wherever available.

Abstract and keywords

Provide a structured or unstructured abstract of 150–250 words and 4–6 keywords that reflect the content and disciplines of the article.

Ethics

Research involving human participants must have received approval from an appropriate ethics committee, and informed consent must be documented.

Read our Publication Ethics and Plagiarism and AI-Use policies.

Authorship criteria

Following ICMJE and COPE guidance, all listed authors must have made a substantial contribution to the conception, design, analysis or interpretation of the work; drafted or critically revised it; approved the final version; and agreed to be accountable for it. Contributions should be described using the CRediT taxonomy.

Anonymous Manuscript and Author Title Page

To support double-blind review, authors must submit two separate files.

1. Anonymous manuscript

The full manuscript with all author-identifying information removed: names, affiliations, acknowledgments, self-identifying references, and file metadata/properties.

2. Author title page

A separate file with the title, all authors with affiliations, ORCID iDs, corresponding author contact, acknowledgments, funding, conflict-of-interest and ethics statements.

How to anonymize your file

  • Remove author names and affiliations from the title, headers and footers.
  • Delete acknowledgments and funding details (place them on the title page).
  • Refer to your own prior work in the third person, or as “Author (Year)”.
  • Clear document properties: in Word, use File → Info → Check for Issues → Inspect Document.
  • Remove tracked changes and comments that show reviewer or author names.

Planned peer review process

Research manuscripts will undergo independent peer review once the editorial board and review process are established. Formal submissions will open once qualified editorial oversight and review policies are in place. Anticipated inaugural review: March–May 2027 (anticipated).
