Manuscript preparation checklist

  • The manuscript has not been published or submitted elsewhere.
  • The anonymous manuscript has all author-identifying information removed.
  • A separate author title page includes authors, affiliations, ORCID iDs and declarations.
  • The abstract is 150–250 words with 4–6 keywords.
  • References follow APA 7th edition, with DOIs where available.
  • Ethics approval and data availability statements are included where relevant.

What happens after you submit

    Acknowledgement

    Your submission is acknowledged with a confirmation reference.

    Screening

    Editors will check scope, originality and ethics.

    Peer review

    Suitable manuscripts will undergo independent review once the review process is established.

  4. 4

    Decision

    You receive reviewer reports and an editorial decision.
