An invitation to a workshop is not an offer of publication.

The journal charges no manuscript submission or article publication fees under its current policy. Any optional paid workshop, print purchase, or other service will have separate pricing and applicable cancellation or refund terms disclosed before purchase. Purchasing a service never improves an author's likelihood of acceptance.
